- Same as the Evolution system, only constructed with stainless steel
- Connected with a sleeve joint held together with a silicon-shielded tensioning spring
- Link pipe is welded to the muffler
- Inlet cap, outlet cap and inner perforation are made entirely out of titanium
- Carbon-fiber heat shield
- Laser-engraved spark arrestor in certain models
- Yamaha YZ450F muffler has an additional chamber for better torque and throttle response with less sound
